Will & I are very excited to be exhibiting at the upcoming Brooklyn Fair on August 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2012. We will have a display space and hope to see you there. With our facebook and website up and running and our brochures & business cards in hand, we are so excited to build our new company. We already have 5 customers!

All around Mansfield new things are happening. The Farmers Cow Calfe’ has opened and has a great menu.  Not only is the ice cream to die for but, I really recommend you try their Panini. The Grilly Goat & the Cheese, Cheese, and More Cheese are the crunchiest, most savoriest grilled sandwiches I have ever had. Will got one and I got the other. Usually one of us are jealous that the other picked the better sandwich. Not this time, we both picked very well!  The local sandwich joints and the UConn Dairy Bar now have some competition in town. The Storrs Center Project first phase is almost completed and people are moving in to The Oaks on the Square apartments on Dog Lane.  The energy around UConn is starting to rise as the students start to trickle in. Beyond the Gravestone is proud to be part of this time of growth in the Town of Mansfield.
